SUBMIT AN AMENDMENT TO A MOTION

Use this form to submit an amendment to a motion for Liberty's 2026 AGM.

Members and affiliated organisations are invited to submit amendments to the motions for debate at Liberty’s 2026 AGM. An individual member or affiliate may submit a total of four amendments to motions and constitutional amendments in any one year.

The motions for debate are available on the AGM page on Liberty’s website. 

Please use this form to submit your proposed amendment. You will also need to provide details of a seconder. Liberty is unable to find a seconder for you. Affiliated groups do not need to provide a seconder.

When drafting your amendment, please be specific as to which parts of the original motion you wish to amend, including deletions and insertions.  

The deadline for receipt of amendments is 5pm on Monday 6 April 2026.
