Please note, we cannot offer casework, legal representation or provide specific legal advice on an ongoing legal case. If you are looking for legal representation, please see our ‘I need a lawyer’ page. You can also contact your local Citizens Advice or Law Centre to receive free legal advice on a number of issues.

We have pages on our website dealing with many of the questions we are frequently asked:

 Mental Health support

If you are having thoughts of hurting yourself or ending your life and you feel you can’t keep yourself safe, you should call the emergency services on 999 or go to your local A&E.

Talk to a mental health professional or for an assessment, you can access a 24-hour NHS urgent mental health helpline here: NHS 24/7 urgent mental health support - Transformation Partners in Health and Care

If you would like to speak to someone for emotional support, you can call Samaritans 24 hours a day on: 116 123, or by email: [email protected]

Unfortunately, due to our teams’ capacity, if you contact us by post or email, you will not receive a direct response from us if we are unable to help.
